Delete contact

DELETE https://api.clientcommander.com/v1/people/{id}

Delete a contact. Default behavior is soft delete (move to trash).

Soft Delete: ?permanent=false (default) - Moves to "Trash" stage Hard Delete: ?permanent=true - Permanently deletes (requires people.delete permission)
